Thank you in advance for your report submission for the AAPM Newsletter. Please note that the Editor reviews all content for appropriateness.

Please consider the following when uploading your report:
  • Report Format:
    • Copyright Permission: Upon submission, you will be required to indicate if the report includes any copyrighted material. If copyrighted materials are included, the text should clearly state that they are used with permission.
    • Report Submissions should not exceed 1,500 words. The Newsletter Editor will review all submissions and may request that reports exceeding the 1,500-word limit be edited.
    • All fields below are required. If a question is not relevant to your submission, please enter "N/A".
    • Please submit all reports in .doc/.docx format exclusively.
    • Include a report header (example: History Committee Report).
    • Include a report title.
    • Include an AAPM official group title - only if written on behalf of an official AAPM group AND only if you would like this to appear with the report.
    • When mentioning an individual's name in your report, include their academic degree suffix without any punctuation.
    • Use single spacing after the punctuation at the end of each sentence.
       
  • Photos, artwork, charts/graphs (limit of 5):
    • Submission Encouraged: We highly encourage the submission of supplemental material.
    • Item Limit: Please limit submissions to a maximum of five items.
    • Captions Required: Include a caption for each supplementary file included in your report. You may include these in the .docx report file.
    • Consolidation of Files: If your report includes multiple supplementary files, consolidate them into a single zip file and upload it to the Dropbox folder (link provided at the end of the form below).
    • Image Placement: If you have specific preferences for the placement of images in your report, please specify these within the report itself.
 
  • Author photos (excluded from the limit of 5 described above):
    • Inclusion of Author Photos: Please include photos of all authors in your reports. For multiple authors, you may upload the photos as supplemental files.
    • Previous Submissions: If you have already submitted an author's photo in a previous report, there is no need to resubmit it. Simply indicate this at the top of your .docx report.
